I wanted to do some night driving so I got some LED attachments at the $1 store just to hook up. Here's some pics

Yup, they're the batteries, it's actually a led attachment for reading at night... you clip it to your book hehe. It's pretty damn bright too.

I like 'em. I will have to keep my eye out for a similar set for my Volcano. Cool Idea!

Those are cool you know you could mount them under the body and have the lights come out in the front so you can se the road better, Just a idea.

any way of mounting them to the front shock plate. make them look like rally lights.

I was thinking that. I'll post when I it evolves.

I was also hoping to have the reciever batter box power them too. It runs on 3x1.5v batts. so around 4.5v. and the battbox has 4x1.2v (rechargables), 4.8v. So it's doable.

i notice on the reciever of the car, there is another connector for a channel 2. Is it possible to have it power the LED lights? The connector has 3 wires. If I wired something directly to it, will the lights stay on?

Here's my new LED mod, I added more lights. I just went out and it's dark outside, I can really see it. Fun to drive in the dark. It lights up the area around it.
