rebuilding shocks?
 
anyone have an idea on how to get the little metal clip (washer with teeth on the outside) centered that holds the ring washer and o rings seated properly when you take your shocks apart? help please...

got it seated but now i have 2 ripped seal covers. how do i fix or do i buy new ones....any ideas of who may sell a fix?

you can get 2 new stock shocks at a good price, it's always good to have a spare set setting around

sorry guys, just trying to rebuild my shocks. any traxxas shocks fit an exceed 1/10 nitro buggy? i can buy them at my local hobby shop.

you fill them to about 2mm from the top, then slowly push the piston up and down to work out the air, then put the cap back on. I would suggest thick, it depends on the company, could be 10, 10,000, 100,000 wt.

10,000.00 wt ? dang so would multi-purpose lithium flex grease work on them as well ?

alot of companies use different numbers to measure their thickness
