Redcat Canada
Attention Canadian Redcat owners. I've noticed a few posts from frustrated Canadians trying to find parts and thought I'd better let you know that I'm out here.
I am a Redcat Dealer in Vancouver, BC. I've been a dealer since September 2007 and have figured out most of the challenges with importing products from the states...clearing customs is sooo much fun! I've sold about 30 cars now and have learned most of the strong and weak points of the Redcat vehicles. Tip no.1 The 1/8 scale Redcats are great...just plan on replacing the stearing servo very quickly! I have a number of Redcat cars in stock as well as a bunch of parts and I will continue to add more inventory every week. My pricing is great as I currently match redcatracing.com prices for vehicles but I sell in Canadian funds, not US. My parts pricing formula is as follows: check redcatracing.com price then round it up to the nearest dollar. ie. if redcat is US $19.99, I am CDN $20. If redcat is US $1.20 I am CDN $2. Pretty simple. I accept Cash for local pick-ups, Personal Cheques (must be help for 2 weeks), Money Orders, Certified Cheques, Paypal or I can send product out via UPS C.O.D. (cash or credit card to the UPS driver) I do not have a website yet but I'm working on it. Anyway, that's enough about me. If I can help in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me. RE: Redcat Canada
I would recommend Rob for Canadian orders! I just purchased a monsoon from him yesterday to go with my earthquake and shockwave!
I just finished cutting out the body and can't wait to break it in on the weekend :D Thanks for the great service Rob! Now off to work I go [sm=71_71.gif] |

Welcome:)

RE: Redcat Canada
welcome aboard bro, do you have a web site?
|
RE: Redcat Canada
Thanks ehroof. No, no web site yet. I will have one in a few months (time permitting). I'm creating one myself to begin with.
Back down to the garage...I'm doing a PDI on a Hurricane and then an Avalanche for delivery tonight. Yes, that's right, I inspect each car before delivery to ensure all is well. It takes a little extra time but ensures that my customers are happy with what they receive. Rob |
RE: Redcat Canada
sounds great, i will definitelybe ordering parts from you. i hate ordering parts from the u.s. and waiting 2 weeks for them.

RE: Redcat Canada
Hi TNIGS. My family lives in Nanaimo and Campbell River. I go to the island every couple of months to visit. If there is ever anything that you need and you can wait for my next visit to Nanaimo, I'll bring it over for you to save you a couple of bucks on shipping.
