WHAT IS THE DEAL
I PLACED A ORDER ON 1/7/08 AND CALLED REDCAT EVERY DAY SINCE THAN I GOT THROUGH ON 1/9/08 THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD SHIP THAT DAY AND IT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. NO EMAIL NO RECIPT WHAT KINDA COMPANY IS THIS. I HAVE CALLED 1/10 1/11 AND NO ANSWER ALSO THE VOICEMAIL IS FULL. WHAT TO DO. I DONT THINK I WILL ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN |

They have been moving to a bigger warehouse, things should be back to normal monday.

ORIGINAL: Redcat Nick As you all probably already know we are going to be moving to a bigger warehouse. We are going to be closed all day Thursday and Friday. We are going to try to open up on Monday and will start shipping order out oldest out first. We will also begin to call those of you that have left messages and email back those of you that have sent emails. We will try our best to get every thing back to normal very soon. Thank you for your support and understanding. And as always get out and run some rc cars. Lets get some new videos and some new suggestions for the new year. |

They have a post about moving last Thursday and Friday, so the place was closed. Things should get better next week, but i am sure will be slow due to orders!

closed thu, fri, sat, sun and possibly monday depending on how the move went, i didnt get a chance to call nick today, will call tomorrow. Things will be lagging for a few days after i am sure just to work the bugs out.

We were shooting to be reopen tomorrow but it just cant happen. We will be shipping again on Tuesday for sure but there will be a backlog of orders and they will be processed in the order they came in.
We do apologize for any delays this may have caused but we grew out of our old warehouse and with the new warehouse and ample office and whs space orders will ship faster and we will be able to add more staff. I expect that by the end of this week all things should be 100% caught up. Darin |

thats nice and all but why when i called on 1/8/08 no one told me of this i would of waited. an email would of been nice. not tryin to be a jerk love your stuff but just given you the heads up that kinda stuff needs to be passed on not just on here I called and talked to somone they should of told this info. I hope we can cont. to do bussnes againg soon. And Hope help sell your stuff

We posted the information on the dealer page and our voice mail reflects the information and we posted the info on RCU. I do apologize about someone not informing you when they talked to you as they surely should have if the order did not make the cutoff date.

I'm about ready to drop a bomb shell on the Redcat service and craftsmanship if my email is not answered and the situation is not resolved. You have 2 days to make this happen. The email has been sitting in your box now for 4 days. ****! I have spent more than $3000 and still counting replacing defective parts let alone I'm 6000 miles away in Iraq with no support and defective crap!. We'll see how this turns out..stay tuned for the real story! If your on the fence between Redcat and another product.....you may want to hold off! We are fix'n to see Redcat 's true colors now!
