Fun in the Sun!
 

I was able to run a little earlier today. It's been sunny for a few days here in Denver, so the snow has melted (for the most part). I decided to have some fun. There are some great crashes, and some nice jumps, so you've got to watch til the end. ENJOY!!!

Well...funny you should ask! I just installed a clutch bell and diff kit from Clermont, and I wanted to show the tires balooning as it screamed down the street. I was actually going to throw in a couple of speed runs, but I figured that would be a bad idea without brakes. :( Oh well...gotta save something for next time! I'm glad you liked it!

Well, I haven't taken it apart yet, but I think (hopefully) it's just the disc...Once I take a look, I'll let you know. I'm glad you liked the video!

Here's a pic of what I had to fix. There is a small hex screw that fastens the diff outdrives to the axles and the hex screw some how came loose. The "rear" outdrive is what the disc brake is attached to. I had to drill and heat it with a sodering iron to get it out. Fortunately, I was able to rethread it and get it back in place (for now). I'll probably need to replace the outdrives soon.

Dude...I just noticed you are from Simi Valley. I grew up in Simi Valley. I lived near Valley View Jr. High off of Corpus Christy Ave. What a trip!

I left Simi with my parents when I was like 12 or 13. I didn't have much of a choice. We moved to the Bay Area (San Jose), and now my wife, my baby, and me live in Denver. Denver is treating us real nice, but it's a lot different than Cali.
