hurricane replacement lower arms
 

ok...I bought some replacement front lower arms for my can...question is..how do you go about taking the ball joint out and putting it back in????...the new ones are put in the wrong way...I dont want to force it out and totally mess them up before I get some words of wisdom...and does boiling the plastic for an hr or so really make it better..thanks for your help guys

i think you would just push them out, they are pressed in so they get pressed out. I have heard of this boiling thing but never did it personally. supposed to make it softer, you could be the first to let us know.

ohh geez ehroof..lol....oh wait heck I could use these lower arms to find out huh??..lol..might as well nothing to loose...I prolly wont put em on untill one breaks though..lol...things tested my patience..thanks ehroof..if it wasnt for u and others id be lost

Boiling composite parts will allow the part to be less prone to breaking in a crash. If you find a stock part that is common to snapping because you feel its brittle, boil it.
