what is a good reasonable shock to put on the volcano? something that will help landding. i would like to jump but the shocks dont seem strong enough. the oil is good in them now.

RE: shocks

No dont use Integy shocks. They are junk. You can use stock T maxx shocks that will do fine and alot cheaper than Integy.

Are the tmaxx shocks better than stock

twomanytoys 02-17-2008 10:01 AM

RE: shocks

Yes the T maxx shocks are way better than the stock ones. They actually hold oil in them.

RE: shocks

what about the weight of the truck. its jumpable with the tmaxx and not smashin the bottom of it

twomanytoys 02-17-2008 10:10 AM

RE: shocks

Trust us the tmaxx shock will do wonders for it. And you can put what ever thickness of fluid you want that works. The stock shocks are weak. You will always bottom out no matter what. Alot of trucks are supposed to do that but it can be greatly limited.
