RE: differences between cvr and cv rx
But see if you can get the OS 18TZ Turbo with Roto carb! 1.8hp and the OS CV-R makes 1.35 hp so you will feel a difrence!

RE: differences between cvr and cv rx
Ya that is the one you need slide or roto does not matter... you can use bolth!
|
RE: differences between cvr and cv rx
not without changing alot around. You need the rotary not the slide
|
RE: differences between cvr and cv rx
Where is your sense of fun Dennis :D Unless you have done Mods from rotary to slide before you should pay close attention to what Clermont has to say [:-]
|
RE: differences between cvr and cv rx
Like clermont said you need the 11J rotary carb. The slide will not work and if you get the one with the short shaft you can get the shaft extender that will change it to the sg shaft type. It screws right to the short shaft and makes it Sg. So the one you are bidding on will work.

RE: differences between cvr and cv rx
the Os 18tz wont work because it's rear exhaust[:o]
|
RE: differences between cvr and cv rx
well you could find a rear Exaust header that might fit.
|
RE: differences between cvr and cv rx

No its not. CV-RX is PULLSTART. CV-R is standard version. CV-R(s) has short shaft, CV-RX(s) has short shaft... the (s) means short shaft. Pullstart version WITH 11J rotary carb: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXGGP7&P=ML |
