clutch problems

when i pull on my pull start the clutch is engaged what is wrong?
and if something is broken what parts fit on it

the spring most likely broke. it might be fixable, but most likely you'll need to replace it.

well i took it apart and the shoes are a little worn and the spring was broke and the peg that is on then flywheel that holds the shoes is broken
what parts can i use to replace these

Time for a new flywheel and clutch it sounds like. If you can go with M.I.P. very reliable clutch [&o]
