]Is Spadhq.com still in business or just very slow in answering e-mail and shipping products???

I ordered from them sometime after Christmas it took a long time to receive my order. They were slow to respond to e-mails also. After pacing my order with them a few days later I ordered from Harbor at http://www.harborsales.net/index.cfm? I received that order in a few days. If you place a large order or if you are in the right area they ship for FREE. I had them cut 4'x8' sheet to 2'x4' so it could be delivered by UPS at no oversize charge they only charge $2.50 per sheet to custom cut the sheets plus if you call their 1-800 number you can talk with a real person. In my opinion they are the ones to by from. I had a much better transaction from them and the cutting was much better. This is not a commercial just check it out.
