Default Airmadillo landing gear

Hi all,

I am looking for the indestructable, plastic-type landing gear I've seen some people use on their Drillers (Airmadillo Kombat aircraft). People I have asked said they have picked them up at shows, or off the internet, but no one remembers the vendor or website address.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go for these?

tetherite or krazy legs - not sure if they're one and the same or not - but the link above has them.

Thanks for the link. That's the right kind of material, but wrong style of gear. I need the 1 piece gear that mounts underneath the fuse (think something like Sig 4* gear).

Well, now we're getting closer! The design is right, and the Carbon gear is really cool looking, but the cost is really high. The gear that I have seen people with are rumored to be less than $15.00. It would be kind of funny if the gear cost more than the plane though!

With a SPAD, if you buy in bulk or recycle your coro I think the propeller costs almost as much as the airplane.

That's getting closer. Do you know the depth of the landing gear? I mean, to mount it on the fuse, it requires 2 holes about 1.5" apart, one in front of the other. I'm wondering of it is "deep" enough to allow the holes to run parallel to the fuse...?
