Do-It-Best hardware in Kennedy TX will UPS a 10 foot piece for about $20. I think they have to cut it down to like 3 foot lengths.

Good Luck.
P.S. LOWES might have it this is one place I didn't check, I just came across one on Monday but didn't have time to stop. I was working. I can't wait until the new LOWES is opened, which will be 10 minutes from where I live.

$20, $28 holy cow!!! That is way too much to pay for this stuff! and that is in US dollars!
I paid $9.00 CDN for a 10' peice at Home Depot.
They also have it at Rona Home and Garden(are there any Rona's in the States?).

RE: Where can I get the pvc
In Southern California, I can say that both Lowes and Home Depot do not carry the square downspout, only the ridged thin stuff. I've checked several. Apparently it is a building code issue (damn earthquakes), or at least that is what I've been told. YMMV.
I finally found mine at an OSH Hardware store (for those in the Orange County area, the one in Fountain Valley on Brookhurst), and I seem to recall it was $12 or $14 for a 10ft section. Perhaps there is an OSH near you?
Other than that, focus on the independents (e.g. NOT Home Depot or Lowes) and just shop around...

RE: Where can I get the pvc
I figured it had something do with where it is necessary or mandatory to use, some places will have it and some won't. I'm just glad I finally found a store willing to order it for me. .
