Default Twin spad on floats video

I filmed a video of one guy at Moonlake Float Fly this weekend. That plane was way off balance. Judge yourself.
There is another noce "landing" of a balsa plane

Video will donwload slow, please be patient.

[:-] amazing video..... who had the boat to go and get the planes ?? The only thing I'm not sure is if balsa floats, or a stripped engine sinking into the bottom of the lake ..... great video, I would guess that plane was tail heavy...... and the other was just plain bad fingers at work.... KAMIKAZEEEEEEEEEEEE....

Balsa planes float nicely, but i am not sure about coro. His floats were still attached so it floated on top. At that meet there was a boat they would get all the planes with, which happened quite often.

I guess you guys didn't notice the wind when the AMERICAN FLAG was being held in the beginning. This was the only factor I saw in the video which caused the planes to appear to be out of balance.

It was windy, but not too bad to make a plane fly like that. If you look at it right after the take-off, you can see how unstable that thing was. The pilot called out that he needs to land because its not balanced. It never flew again that day...

Nothing like being a little overweight thanks to the floats, a little extra draggy, thanks to the floats and a little too far aft on the CG, thanks to the floats. Been several years but here is the video from one of my attempts.

You'll need to do the right click and save routine on it.

Yes, good one!! Same thing, but twin had a little more power and was able to keep her in air.
