Default Need help setting up dual rudders on the Deb

I'm followng the directions from spadvideos.com and am setting up dual rudders. The thing is though, I can't get them to work together. Heres some pictures of the problem. When I pull they both turn but when I push the one I'm pushing moves but the other doesn't. It uses the clevis as a pivot point and doesn't move the other rudder. What can I do here?

Didn't think debby used dual rudder. In any case, it must be my eyes are old cuz your pics are kinda fuzzy and I can't quite see your setup.

This pic is for dual rudders taken off the plan site. However, they use two servos. Maybe you can adapt yours to look like this but with only one servo?

the problem is the way you've got the control horns set up. The drive arm should be at the hinge line - just like for a regular control surface. The driven control horns (one on each rudder), should be behind the trailing edge.

Geez was I doing it backwards. Thanks for the help! The thing is though, the guy from the video had it exactly the way I did it. He said his didn't work to great either and that even though there was some difference in performance the dual rudders was just for looks.

Save yourself the grief and just do one. You'll have all the rudder you could ever want
