Default Carbon Fiber rods for PBF flutes?

What size carbon fiber rods do I need (diameter) for it to slide into the flutes of a standard 4mm thick pbf?


And where is a good place to get the rod for cheap?

thanks, any place cheaper?

i found that lone star balsa carries them for a good price
