Im in the prosess of converting a USS that was set up using a 91 4stroker to run a Ryobi engine..
Dont know how she'll go, over powerd or too nose heavy..Its a SPAD it'll take it...

The Ryobi will be nose heavy if replacing a 91 4 stroker, just move the wing aft or adjust the battery to obtain the correct CG. I love my USS and have set it up with a smoke system that is awesome and easy to do.

If it's nose heavy move the wing forward.
Do You have any pic's of the USS or the Ryobi , jaav ?

Here is the 1st flight before I painted and re tailed her.

It si a heavy plane, it has a alloy chassis that runs the whole length. engine, wing mount and UC is all bolted to a box like frame. It was my 1st SPAD away from the BUHOR chassis

Fitted a 61 to it and flew it today..Forgot how big it is in the sky..
