Default Fast Reno racer .46 size

Hi guys, not sure if it's the right section: I want to buy a .46 size reno racer. I see that you guys are usint the world models but can't get here, so the choice would be the VQ models VOODOO or the PHoenix model Strega( I like more the voodoo)
I want to make that thing going fast ( reinforcing the structure). As I live in italy and my father is an old school modeller, at home I have these engines:

- Picco 80,
- Picco 60 black head
- OPS 60 ursus red head

What would be a good choice of engine and prop? I was thinking about the Picco 60 with a 10x8 or 9x8 prop and see what rpm numbers I see with a tuned pipe. not sure if I should try even with a 9x9.
Obviously I don't expect 200mph, I just want some screaming dives Name: smile.gif

Or maybe is it better to buy a brand new novarossi R46F Pylon using an 8x8 prop?

thanks to everyone in advance

Both the VQ and the Phoenix models Strega are a bit draggy for an 8x8 prop. I think the Phoenix Models Spitfire is a little cleaner.

Thank you. I think that for a first try i'll stick with the 80 with a 10x9 and 10x10, the engine revs pretty high, so let's see.

That sounds like a better plan.

Paolo90 if you want to go fast with those two planes buy a YS 115 Warbird Special engine. Here is one of mine (sorry for the blurry camera phone video) you can see the speed and sound. this was with a 14x14 APC prop but I later did 196 mph with a 12x16 prop.
