RE: Chaos 600/ UH-1B
This gyro is being reviewed by MHW as the Phoenix GT9 and from what I have learned they think it is a good 'budget' system.
The 'Chaos' goes under the Phoenixtech brand name of 'Flasher' for Europe, I bought a 600 ESP version for a scale build and found that there were quite a few design issues. Holes too small, warped main and tail drive gears, missing thread lock to name a few but for it's price it is a reasonable enough mechanics. Changing out a few components is not too big a deal for a clone but some clones are a lot worse than others so choose wisely!
Nice steady work on the build so keep us all updated.
Just a reminder - rub down those sharp edges on the frames, the could cut through a wire in a single flight if you get vibration.

Hey, I always appreciate any and all information i can get. Thank you for the advice. i plan on wrapping the wires to protect them but either way that is good advice to always follow. if these mechanics give me to mutch trouble, it will be my last chaos. At least for a scale build.

Wayne,
I have been meaning to get some pics up so I will get some up this week. I have built a trex500e and putting it in a RCA little bird. I am building my chaos now and have the head built but that is it. I have been busy with work and recovering. I will get some pics up though and sent you a pm.

I will have new pic's up soon. i am done with mech: testing and am close to installation. I like the Chaos-600 and the gyro that came with it, so far it has been rock solid.
