i,ve made a new set of scale under carriage for my lama 315 30 size.the original undercarriage were the basic hirobo shuttle,witch did not make it look scale like. hope these look scale enough.helinelly....

Nice job, what did you use? I used steel brake line and silver solder.

6mm alloy tube 8mm alloy tube. an old set of hirobo skids.i have drilled and screwed for a tight fit. i am no good at soldering. my son (connor) donated the wheels witch look very scale like.6mm carbon rods for the down shocks not finnished it yet going to paint it.ether red snow patrol.or silver,orange,black, ocean resque.i will keep you posted.i am still waiting to start building my 1/5 bell 47. thats what the 8mm alloy tubing is from.i wiil start building it soon. hopefully. anyway thanks for the reply regards nelinelly........

Who carries the lama that you built? Is there a bell 47 in this size ???

hirobo is the make of the lama.i think they do a reverse kit to make it into a bell 47G. my friend has a 30size bell 47G at our flying club.i will ask him when i see him.thanks for reply regards helinelly....i will keep you informed....

just been looking on net for bell47. i found 1 by century models at revolution models england. but it is 50 size not much diffrance.take alook hope this helps helinelly...
