Scale fuse for Jr Venture?
 

Hello I may be getting a JR Venture 30 in a trade. My question is are there any readily avaliable scale fueslages for this model? I would be interested in a Bell 222, UH 1d or MD 500. I have two Raptors and am building a Titan soon, so I probablly will not fly this if not as a scale ship. I have read some reviews and it seems that th OS 32 is underpowered for this kit. Will this engine give good scale flight with the added wiegth? Thanks

my friend at our flying club has a jr venture with a md 500 kit on it.do not no wich kit its of but he modyfied it to fit .next time i see him i will ask him for info on it. the engine in mind will be ok for the job.i will contact u you again.regards helinelly...

HI THERE ITS NEIL AGAIN.THE LAD AT OUR FIELD HAS A CENTURY HUGHES 500E BODY,JUST THE SAME AS THE 500 MD 30. HE SAID HE FITTED IT WITH LITTLE TO DO TO MAKE IT FIT.THERE IS A WEB SITE IN ENGLAND WERE HE GOT HIS FROM. HOPE THIS HELPS.WWW.MODELHELICOPTERS.CO.UK LOOK FOR CENTURY FUSLAGE.REGARDS HELINELLY...

you can buy the century 500e body from here in america. www.centuryheli.com if you order it from that site you will play twice as much, but....they carry the jetrangers and bell 222's that century does not carry at the moment

Seems most fuses for the jr line are limited to the hughes 500d series or other hughes bodies, i guess because they have a belt drive, i want a huey uh-1b/d for mine or an airwolf, which means i will either have to modify the fuse or change my belt to a direct drive. and i would like to keep it the way it is. unless you go to vario(way too much out of my pocket) or starwood(same prob as far as $$) my heli is the jr z230 gasser. ken

Your pic looks like Thundertigers MD500 Defender with Raptor 60 mechs. The Century Hughes is a little different.

hi christopher. i am popping down our flying field this weekend.and my friend who owns this heli told me it has jr machanics in it. and its centurys 500e body. i will comfront him and have a look in side.he also said he made is own outrigger gun pods aswell.we my have a turd under our boots.thanks for that.regards helinelly.he also said he painted it him self.

I'm building SWAT Team one for sale when completed so it jumped out at me when you said it was a Century fuse.

i have a jr ergo 30 converted to a 50 in a thunder tiger md 530 fuse if that helps , and it all fit well and is sweet to fly
