Will the high speed pinion from the fusion work on the menace and will it make a difference ?

No pinion changes. The gearing is set.

The pinion will fit but will put extra stress on the clutch as the menace has bigger wheels. I put menace gtr wheels on a fusion and used the 15-19-23 pinion to start with. When I put the original fusion 21-25-29 pinion back in the fusion, the clutch melted on first acceleration.

Maybe an idea to uprate the clutch first if you plan to use this pinion then.

He has a Menace. The high-speed pinion will not fit.

I beg to differ kind sir!! I have fitted one with the aid of my dremel!! If you love your rc dont do it but if this just a hobby, pull out the dremel!
