Default need control trows

Hello once again:
I have a dilemma. I bought a set of plans at a swap meet. They are for a 75" Fokker D-7. The plans came with a set of plastic front cowl covers and nose piece! The plans are nice and well drawn. They even have building notes on them. I also got a sheet with all of the parts on it seperate to use as templates on the parts. BUT there are no control throws listed anywhere on the plans or other documentation.
The title block has minimal info in it. Only sizes, motor recommendations and the words A STUNNING PLAN 1991. They also say rev. A 1-93.
The included documentation talk of an SE-5A also. It seems there may have been a series of 2 or more plans basicly similar? Any help would be appreciated. Looks like a cool winter project to me.
As a side bar ailerons are in the top wing. Any suggestions on how to avoid electrical connections floppin in the wind. Two sets of ailerons and inter wing connecters maybe? Suggestions would be appreciated.
