Default 4.3M wingspan UAV - What gasoline engine?

Hello. Im working on a long endurance VTOL UAV design that is based on the Threod Stream UAV

Im wondering what gasoline engine should i chose? the wingspan on my model is a bit longer, total wingspan is 4.3m
and i am aiming for about 30kg total take off weight with fuel. The WCL is 14,7 with 30kg of weight
I kind want the plane to fly like a trainer, wont really do any acrobatics.

I also guess a 28cc gasoline engine with a 20/8 prop will not be enough?
