Default testors paint on foam?

I have used the testors model master paints on my planes. It is not fuel proof so you have to spray a fuel proof clear over it. I use top flite flat clear lusterkote. The difference between the enamels and the acrylics, besides water clean up for the acrylics, is that acrylic can be painted over other paints even if they aren't acrylic, but only acrylic can be painted over acrylic. This leaves the question of what clear do you spray over acrylic that will not yellow. Hope this helps.
