A friend of mine developed a few quite interesting techniques to quickly build a fuselage and wings in wood - in this case a vintage scale glider - but this would also work fo a gas or electric plane...

Very cool. That brings back memories of the full scale KA-8 that I used to fly about 40 years ago. Plus, I got some construction ideas about the plane I am going to start building from scratch soon. I have a woodworking shop in my basement, which comes in extremely handy when building models.
