Default Making a Fiberglass Nose Cone

Hi Guy's, I am seeking advice on building your own fiberglass parts, I need to make a nose cone and two cowels, the only method I know is to use florist foam blocks as a mold, then use gasoline to disolve the mold when the glass sets, I would like to be able to keep the molds (just in case there is a need to make more, shall we say "accident")

Thanks in advance for any advice, I need it!
