Default Scratch built giant Extra

I thinking about designing and scratch building a Giant scale Extra. I currently use Autocad for design work. From what I have researched so far it looks like I need a dedicated airfoil software. Im not a Aero man so I may need some help. Does anyone know what airfoil I should use for the Extra ???? Im planning on using Profili. Does anyone have any Extra airfoils for Profili ??? I want to build the biggest plane that will fit inside my mini Van. Maybe 30-40 %
Should I build a ribbed wing or foam wing.

Just use a semetrical airfoil, there's one in profili, the S8035 RC aerobatic 14%. I would use that one. I've used a slightly modified version of it so it was semi symetrical that really perfomed well.

I'm actually using that one on my current project too. I have it so the root foil starts out symetrical then gradually goes to semi-symetrical at the wing tips with 1 degree washout. This is for a float plane though. You would just need to keep it all symetrical on an Extra without the washout as well.
