Surprisingly, the ExtraAircraft.com website doesn't offer much help. All it mentions is the Extra 300L.
From what I understand, the main differences between the different Extra aircraft are these: engine size, mid-mounted wing or low-mounted wing (i.e. Extra 300L), and cockpit size (one vs. two people). There are some other minor differences in wingspan, fuse length, etc.
