Das Ugly Stik Article
I just got a short kit of the Jensen Ugly Stik from Lazer Works. Just wondered if someone has the original article for this version from RCModeler from the May and June issues of 1985 they could copy and send me. Happy to pay postage and any handling expenses.

RCM Magazine used to have the article listed on their site for free download. I don't see it anymore. You may want to email them and see if it is still available
Also there is a thread in the kit building section where someone is building that short kit.

Regrettably when they changed to their new website http://www.rcmplans.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=16 they seem to have eliminated the construction articles section from the the requested articles page. Previously the article on the Ugly Stik was avail to download. It would seem you have to buy the plan from RCM plans to get the article. All the information you might need is avail online elsewhere if you look, including some modifications like 2 servos for ailerons instead of torque rods.

I bought the plans from RCM for this build and it includes the text from the article only. The magazine article has pictures with the step by step building guide. I can probably build the plane with the text instructions, but was hoping to gain the additional pictorial information too. A picture is worth...

Thank You! It figures one of you guys from Oz would come through. I get a lot of help for the restoration of my Austin Healey vintage sports cars from Australia all the time. You guys seem to know a lot about the Enya engines I love also. Good on ya and thanks.

One thing I have learnt, if its FREE on the net , down load it Quick the site may go tomorrow.
If the RCM people had any brains you would think they would list as many how build, docs as possible
then they might just sell a few more plans.

All the plans I have bought from MAN and Airbourne the Aussi mag come with a copy of the how to build article.
