3-view sources
I think I'm going to take a stab at making my own scale plans. Even bought Graphite (yeah, when I dive in, it's head first! :D). Can anyone provide me with a few sources for scale 3-views? I'm aware of the Paul Matt books/CDs.

Bob's aircraft documentation list lots of different aircraft, worth a look:

I would suggest you buy Dave Platt's video tape first. It's called "Scratch It".

RE: 3-view sources
SabreFlyr, MAN also has the Wylam 3-views available in the Vol. 1 and 2 Scale Aircraft Drawings. WW1 and WW2. THough some of William Wylam's drawings are not that accurate, several are dead nuts on! You can get them at www.rcstore.com
I too use Graphite from Ashlar! Love it to death! Cheers, Gerry Y. |

RE: 3-view sources
HalH,
I did a quick search online and could not locate a source for that video. Any suggestions? dicknadine, My ultimate goal is a large scale Hatz CB-1 biplane powered by, hopefully, a YW 48B2 gas twin. For that, I may actually buy a set of the full scale plans and start from there. Otherwise, I'm looking for several including a Mooney M-18 Mite and various homebuilts, whatever suits my fancy at the moment. |
