PVC Airplane

My dad was looking through one of his many RC magazines, and he saw something that made him want to build a plane out of PVC, he was wondering if anyone has built a 1/4 scale plane using PVC, any information will be greatly appreciated.

Look up "spad". They are usually made from pvc and coroplast. Very durable planes, but not my "thing".
