Name of program ????

Hi Guys,

Can anybody find out the name of some program trabsforming image RASTER IN VECTOR ??? To work whit AUTOCAD 2002.

A couple of us are using one titled WinTopo by Softsoft Ltd.

Only comes in a Windows XP version now.
