Flying Models Magazine F-86 plan article

I am looking for a plan article that was in Flying Models magazine many years ago for a F-86 Sabre (60 size prop jet), It was designed by Franz Mier (sp)( he also did a Hawker Hunter, same magazine). Any help in getting a PDF copy for the F-86 article would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ron

You might try Flying Models. They still sell the plans and might have copies of the article.

Already tried the magazine and the plans belonged to someone else and were not bought by the new owners.

A search of the Carstens website for FM plans does not reveal an F-86 as you describe. Go to http://www.flying-models.com/

How about the February, 1976 issue of RC Modeler, Plan no. 630, for the CAP F86D Sabre by Clyde Baumgardner. 67" wingspan for .70-80 prop engine. You can get a copy of the article from the AMA Library to check it out.

I have access to the F-86 plans that were available thru Flying Models and it is an all built up plane (NO FOAM). When Flying Models was bought out years ago some of the plans did not go to the new owners. Ther was also a plan for a Prop driven Hawker Hunter by the same designer. I wanted to see the construction article befor I purchased the plans to just refresh my memory on the construction. I saw the plan on the RCM website for their F-86 but it has a foam wing.
