What are recommended control throws for a Northstar maiden?

What are recommended control throws for a Northstar maiden?
Can anyone recommend control throws and expo settings for a Northstar maiden flight? I'm running an electric motor with sufficient power to turn a 10x6 APC prop at > 14K RPM.

Here are throws I am using on my electric NS. The elevator 1/2" up and down, The ailerons at root 1/2" up and down and the rudder 1" left and right. I do not use expo.
