Mini Micro Torque

I bought a Sprite Elite.
I need to by servos por this glider.
Do I need Micro or Mini servos
Micro 36 in-oz torque
Mini 56 in-oz torque

Mini is bigger the Micro

Wich one's will fit in my glider?
How much torque do i need?

Please any help!!!!!
