When you run the aluminium prop shaft do you have to run the aluminium joints as well for the gears to meet up????? As I can't get my gears to line up properly and car makes a horrible squealing...

Help!!!

I have a tamiya tt01, as soon as the car is plugged in and the controller switched on the car will go backwards on its own constantly.

Any ideas???
