I miscalculated the total weight, it is 15lb not 11lb..is this changes anything (the parts you recommended)?

I will go for what you suggested, just to make sure - are you sure its ok to take a chance with the ESC (12 cells) and the motor (7 cell)? also, the hull is pretty heavy...
