Glad to hear you were able to resolve it! Because the foam Hush Box did not completely eliminate the problem, I just ordered some sound deadening Mass Loaded Vinyl to put over the box as well. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Thanks guys, have you run into this before and found moving the gyro/increasing the soundproofing worked? Surface is rock solid so it shouldn’t be an issue.

Also, the mini is an incredible plane (I'm sure the micro is as well). Wide flight envelope, easy to land, no bad habits. I can fly it places the Ultra Flash becomes a bit much.

I do (Ultra Flash). I don't need it to go faster, just don't want the motor to work as hard to get the performance. I've had the K85 fail twice already...Once at 15hrs, and after it was rebuilt...

I agree, I've considered putting a 100 in mine...The K85 is fine, but I fly full throttle for the entire flight. I'd prefer to not stress the engine that much.

Thx Kelly...Based on the T1's I've seen a 160 looks perfect (IMO). Just wondering if the residual thrust from a 180 would be too much, and if the pipe can handle it.
