theres not much difference between the 18 size...

theres not much difference between the 18 size and a 15 size of the same engine brand. shaft size would be the same as so the muffler side and location would be the same and maybe the crankcase...

a good motor for the outboard leg to suit the 36 inch tunnel hull is a Castle Neu 1515 - 1y. you can go cheaper in motor brands but this is about the size you need to get the hull working fast.
