Spektrum AR500 biding issues

I have been having troubles with an AR500 receiver every time it loose power it unbidig whe power is supplied againg a flashing light about every one second period comes up...

Could not say I just breafely saw the fuselage one but the wings I have seen in the web of the GP J3 Cub all has wider and shorter ailerons
