Already am into electric... B4 w/ Novak SS5800 brushless, baby. :) But it doesn't compare in speed to the nitro w/ 2-spd.

Thanks for the induction silencer info... Found one made by INS.

Apparently Dynamite makes the quietest pipe out there, but it doesn't fit the NTC3. Is there a way to change the header on this...

Cleaning the engine

I've let my TC3 sit for a few years without starting it, after I had already broken the .15x engine in. Now I tried starting it for a bit with fresh fuel, and a lot of gunk flew out of the exhaust...

I have a stock B4 SE. motor is the team associated factory 15-turn... ESC is the LRP "Ai" Auto speed control.

A friend upgraded his B4 to brushless and is therefore unloading his Duratrax...

I had the same problem. I adjusted my fuel/air mixture screw and I gave the car a bit more throttle trim from the remote. It works fine now. :)

I got a Nitro TC3 RC car a while ago, maybe one or two years back, only broke in the engine with 3 tankfuls at idle, but never really ran the car. Now, a year later, she won't start anymore. :(
