Are you sure thats not too thick? And wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy a 2oz bottle of shock oil. But i guess if you have some grease and engine oil laying around and it works for you than go for...

1) aluminum parts....if these are so bad (cause when you crash and break a part, an a-arm lets say, then it'll bend) so why not just bend it back and you're good to go?

I know that the 4-shoe clutch setup has a higher engagement point (and i saw the post about doing adjustments to it) but I wanna how much longer do the SHOES last compared to the stock...

It IS a sign of low compression. The engine was most likely not broken in right, or if it is the dtx 18 then its no surprise. Mine did the same thing all the time, its a sign that the piston/sleeve...

i dont wanna run regular 1.5 volt batts in the truck so i wanna switch to rechargable. I know you have to run 5 batts since they are 1.2 volts, but i wanna know if i can run 6 instead of 5...

My thoughts exactly. If the sleeve/piston from the os .15 cv fit in the dtx 18 then the dtx 18 will last a lot longer. The stock piston/sleeve for the dtx18 wear out so quick, but the os .15 once...

No I have the pull start one (thats why I got it instead of the .12). You said not to let the tank go dry...did u kill the engine right before it ran out of fuel? and did you let the engine cool...
