charging a 6v battery pack with 4.8v

i have a 4.8v charger for a 6v reciever pack. my LHS who sold me the 2 reckons it'd be fine, however i'm not so sure. can u charge a 6v RX pack with 4.8v?

PS, i don't care much for explosions...

i use dingers to waterproof my reciever. works well, however the latex breaks down so you'd only get a week out of each jimmy hood. plus, frangers are better used in other ways

I got the Menace, great car to drive, provided u like straight lines. if u wanna race, don't get it. it's not very stable on the track.

only mods i've done are aluminimum yokes. and a second set of road tyres.

what is there in the way of after-market parts and mods, i'm keen to improve the clutch and brakes if possible, however...

I got the menace. it's insane to drive. Had a few crashes which lead to broken parts, usually to do with front wheels.

i've found since i've learnt to control the car, nothing has broken. ...

Does anybody know of any available clutch or brake upgrades for the menace 21?

i find the brakes are good but not great, and as for the clutch, i'd like to beable to get power to the wheels...

The HPI MT2 is being released in australia with a .18 as default engine :D

i will have the money for my vehicle next thursday, i think i'm gonna stick with the menace 21 though. i found out last...

From what I understand, third gear is hard to get to, but WHEN you do, the truck is travelling pretty fast. I seen footage with viper speed loger, and it was dong about 73mph

Linear means if you graphed what happend it'd be a straight line

if you have liner movement on the servo's, if you turn the wheel half way, the servo's are turned half way, if you turn 1/4 turn,...

$20 for 1.5litres and I pay for it myself. I kinda expected everyone to be adults, however you all seem to be low-mid teens with exception of a few people, how did u get the cars in first place?

I read in other forums, the Menace 21 is ****, breaks a lot, a read in same forums that it's really durable, and sweet as

of what i've read, 50% is good, 50% is bad, I'd like to believe it's all...

A mate had the same problem with a ThunderTiger TS4N, It would cut out when revved just a little bit, and no matter how much tuning we did, it not work very well, THEN it refused to start at all.

i've never had much luck gettin the reciever inside a balloon, that was the problem, with a dinger it's much much easier

i use condoms to cover the reciever and batteries, that works quite well in stopping stuff getting in. I also use WD-40 and 110psi compressed air to clean, works a treat
