I've a royal evo 9 35 Mhz synthesized
I setup it to 35.070 Mhz and with a good frequency counter I read 35,0689 Mhz.
It looks like I'm transmitting 1100 Hz down the nominal frequency. Is it...

Only slope with mixed thermal and dynamics conditions.
