an lst2 will not "eat most truggies" as you put it ,its hard to get a 1/8 buggy to lap a track at the same pace as a truggy let alone some top heavy , bloated, monster truck.

found this on a forum here in the uk , the pricing might not mean much in the us but its almost $160 cheaper than the 8ight buggy

Im from the uk so it works out cheaper for me to get it from HK , i could get it from the US but would almost certainly get caught for import charges, most of the HK shops are bend the truth on thier...

none of the above, in my opinion the only RTR's worth considering are the jammin/hong nor rtr and the ttr st1 , thier head and shoulders above the rest.

never owned an s2 but ive had an s3 for almost 18 months, and as far as i'm aware almost nothing is interchagable between the 2 the s3 is lightyears ahead of the s2.

i agree buggies are far stronger than trucks but not very suitable for bashing due to thier design low ground clearance etc.

i agree the flat chassis is nice the tunnel chassis is strong until the chassis brace screws come loose then it will break, i'd advise doubling up the front shock tower. and the option rear hingepin...

very hopped up race revo , mgt 4.6, hyper7, rex x buggy ,mini t all to be sold soon exept the revo to finance an mbx5t

only ever use the revo and my ttr s3 as i hate "bashing" think its...

i believe the s3 chassis cracking problem is somthing of an urban myth i ve only ever heard of one cracking and that was done by hitting a curbstone, ive seen a few cases of the centre diff braces...
