I use a vice with the soft rubber protectors on it to grip the fly wheel and either use a nut driver or a wrench to remove the nut.

If I remember correctly, you will have to cut the connector tabs off of the servo plugs to fit into the JR receiver.

I talked to OFNA and they say that if the crank goes in with no resistance, the block is properly milled and the bearings are in the perfect place. I still use RTV silicone around the crank.... Oh...

Still sounds like you don't have it tuned to max power yet... Be patient.... Don't rush the break in!

Well I'm a picco owner already and yes, the easy start will mount up just the same on the pull start version. All you really need is the engine mount, and the stock header and pipe will work on it. ...

I agree with lax on the picco.... I have the .26 max in my revo and it kicks *****. Some people have had troubles with air leaks, but I've had no issues from day one with mine... Tons of bottom end...

If you have new wiring then I would suspect that easystart motor is burned out....

I had to rewire my revo as the wires that run under the shock mount had wore throught the cover and it was grounding out to the frame.

You can try trouble shooting the problem. Take the battery out of your easy start wand and put 2 small pieces of wire in the + & - of the battery and touch the ends to the + & - of the easy start...

The picco is a good bottom end engine, with only the need for a motor mount, it drops in nicely. The OS 18 would also be a nice drop in with the stock engine mount...

get a glow driver and use a 7.4V battery directly to the contacts on the electric motor.... Another thing to try that worked for me once, was use electrical tape and put 8 batteries together in 2...

Then reverse the gearing change, smaller clutch bell, and bigger spur gear. That will help. Plus the trinity muffler is supposed to help bottom end.
