With very lil work you can get 200mm bodies to fit onto 190mm cars. Both my cars are 190mm and I slapped 200mm bodies on them and they look fine. Just use 26mm tires and it will complete the illusion...

All I do is mark where the factory timing is and put it back to there. Just take it slow and keep track of where everything came off from. Its not hard just needs your attention.

If ya look around you can get 4 Racers Edge 3000Mah packs for about 100 bucks. They aren't matched but doesn't sound like you race yet so these packs will get you used to the better power.

Yeah once the HPI is together the CEN will get a motor that is about 19T or so and it can be fore other people to play/learn with. Figure I can make the HPI a freak. Not many guys around me run...

What kind of connector are you using? If its the Tamiya style trash them for some Deans. I had some heat problems (heat shrink was melting a lil on my packs) then I put Deans connectors everywhere...
