So.. according to this and the other statement is that screws shouldn't strip with normal use. Right? But his screws were stripped the first time he took them out. Would that count as a defect ? and...

So according to this the screws should no strip ,but the screws DID strip.

Is this just a one defect problem , and if it it and I happen to have a defected version will it be replaced.
