I would bend a small piece of aluminum from the tripod mount around the back of the camera. Mount your servo somewhere on the bent metal piece and then simply tightening the camera to ball mount...

I have an answer that should work as long as you dont mind the fact that there will be no sky diver figure. Make a small rocket say c or D size rocket engine. with a tube big enough to fit your foil...

I would mount it under the wing a couple inches to the side of the fuse just enough so u dont see to much of the prop even though you will be able to see threw it while the blades are spinning it...
