RE: Bud Nosen CITABRIA recomended Engines??

Dave,

It is an OS 90 2 stroke. I have the CG set at 3 3/4 back from the leading edge. The servos are positioned just behind the CG. Lots of room in there.

RE: Bud Nosen CITABRIA recomended Engines??

My Nosen Citabria is powered with an OS 90. I think it flies really nice with the 90. Mine comes in at 16 pounds.

RE: Great Planes .40 P51 kit build...

Biton,
I just used 30 minute epoxy and held it there with rubberbands overnight to allow for it to fully cure. There may be better options though. For the struts I did not have to bend them at...

RE: Ace RC 1/3 Scale Weeks Special (Pitts)

Ken,
I do not know of an aftermarket alternative for the cowl. Didi you check Fiberglass Specialties? You are right, that cowl is kind of a beast. Do you think that an aftermarket would be...

RE: Ace RC 1/3 Scale Weeks Special (Pitts)

3DFlight,
Thats a great looking color scheme. Do you have any other pics of a top view. I kind of like black color schemes. I'm planning on using 4 ailerons. I noticed that your vertical stab...

RE: Ace RC 1/3 Scale Weeks Special (Pitts)

Last one. That last pic didn't focus as well as I would have liked. It looks like a smaller guage of wire was wrapped around the joints and soldered. It seems to be very sturdy.
